Supahub is a customer feedback management platform for SaaS teams. It replaces scattered emails, Slack threads, and spreadsheets with one hub built on three modules:
- Feedback boards — collect and organize feature requests and bug reports, with user voting, duplicate merging, and prioritization scoring.
- Public roadmap — show customers what’s planned, in progress, and shipped
- Changelog — announce releases and close the feedback loop with update notifications.
The product targets product managers, founders, and small SaaS teams who find enterprise tools like Productboard or Canny too heavy or too expensive. Custom branding, custom domains, and portal language settings let teams make the hub their own.
Business Challenges
Supahub competes in a category crowded with feedback tools — Canny, Frill, Olvy, FeaturesVote, and dozens more. For an early-stage product, the launch video had to do a lot of work at once:
- Explain three modules without losing pace. Feedback collection, roadmap, and changelog are separate features that only make sense as a loop. The video had to show each one and connect them into a single story: listen, build, announce.
- Win the scroll on launch platforms. The video’s primary venues — Product Hunt, directories, and social feeds — give a product seconds to register. A slow problem setup would lose the viewer before the product appeared.
- No voiceover budget for narration to lean on. The story had to carry entirely through on-screen text, UI motion, and music — which also made the asset work in muted autoplay contexts by default.

We produced a one-minute motion graphics video featuring animated UI and kinetic typography.
