Teamble – AI-powered HR Tech Platform
We produced a product explainer video for an AI-powered HR tech platform that didn’t include a voiceover. It featured UI animation and kinetic typography.

Client & Product
Teamble is an AI-powered employee feedback and performance management platform that runs inside Slack and Microsoft Teams. Built in collaboration with organizational psychologist Adam Grant and trusted by companies like Deloitte and Jellyfish, it holds a 5.0 rating on both the Teams app store and G2.
- Teamble AI — the layer that turns raw feedback and survey data into something managers and HR leaders can act on
- Real-time AI coaching that rewrites vague feedback into specific, actionable input
- 360 review analysis that surfaces low-scoring departments and the reasons behind them
- Survey theme detection that groups qualitative comments, scores them against benchmarks, and flags emerging issues.
Business Challenges
AI features are the hardest product category to show. Every HR tech competitor claims “AI-powered insights,” and buyers have learned to discount the phrase. Teamble needed proof, not claims.
Managers care about the 1-on-1 feedback workflow. HR and People Ops leaders care about org-wide review and survey analytics. The video had to serve both without splitting into two stories.

Our Solution & Impact
We created a motion graphics video without a voiceover, which was a deliberate choice, not a result of budget cuts. The storyline is conveyed through kinetic typography, animated UI mockups, and music. The result is identical with sound on or off, which is how a viewer on LinkedIn or a product page will encounter it.
The video skips a lengthy problem setup and jumps straight into demonstration.
Key project decisions:
- No voiceover, by design. For a Slack-native product whose buyers scroll LinkedIn, silent legibility beats narration. Kinetic type carries every claim.
- The “bad feedback → good feedback” beat as centerpiece. Showing the AI score a weak note and improve it live is the single most persuasive moment — it demonstrates judgment, not just automation.
- Stylized UI, real workflows. Interface mockups were cleaned and abstracted for readability, but every flow mirrors an actual product path a trial user will recognize.
Where the video works:
- Product page and feature launch — demonstrates the AI layer without requiring a demo call
- LinkedIn organic and paid — the sound-off format is native to the feed, and each feature act cuts down into a standalone 20–30 second video ad
- Sales enablement — a self-contained walkthrough reps can drop into outbound sequences.
